Procedure Tabs

The tabs available in the Procedures module include:

  • Details tab — General / descriptive information about the procedure including identification, type, priority, status, and other indicators.

  • Tasks tab — Tasks, task documents, and special instructions defined for the procedure.

  • Costs tab — Estimated costs and tools that are assigned to work orders associated with this procedure.

  • Classifications tab — Asset classifications to which this procedure should be associated.

  • PMs tab — Preventive Maintenance Schedules to which the procedure is attached.

  • Attach tab — Documents and notes attached to this procedure.

  • Reports tab — Three report sub-tabs that summarize work orders associated with this procedure:

    • The Work Order sub-tab displays all open work orders associated through this procedure,

    • The Back Orders sub-tab displays work orders that are past due.

    • The Cost Breakdown sub-tab highlights costs for current year work orders associated with this procedure.
